New Automotive Technology Cooperation Ecosystem Exchange, New Automotive Supply Chain Exhibition, the 9th Lingxuan Award Ceremony was successfully ended in Kunshan on November 9, 2024. Minth Group won the 2024 Lingxuan Advanced Technology-Dynamical System-Excellence Award for "2-in-1 Technology for GPA of Automotive Wireless Charging". This is our fifth consecutive year of winning the important award at Lingxuan Ceremony.


2024年11月9日,新汽车技术合作生态交流会,新汽车供应链展览暨第九届铃轩奖盛典在昆山圆满落幕。敏实集团凭借“汽车无线充电地端(GPA)二合一技术”荣获2024年铃轩奖前瞻动力系统类优秀奖。这也是敏实连续第五年在铃轩盛典上夺得重要奖项。

Wireless charging primarily provides a contactless method to charge electric vehicles though electromagnetic coupling. In comparison to traditional wired charging, this charging method relieve users from the duties of plugging and unplugging charging cables, automatically conducts the electric vehicle charging process and significantly enhances users' charging experience. It seamlessly integrates autonomous driving with contactless charging, realizing a fully automated driving experience in various scenarios. Furthermore, wireless charging ensures full-time grid connection, and improves societal energy system efficiency through intelligent bi-directional charging and discharging.


车用无线充电主要是通过电磁感应技术,在不需要接触连接的情况下为电动汽车充电的方式。与传统有线充电相比,这种充电方式减少了用户插拔充电枪等操作,自动完成电动车充电,极大改善了用户的充电体验。打通了自动驾驶与无感充电,真正实现了全场景无人化的用车体验。并且无线充电可自动完成电网接入,通过智能充放电系统,提高整体能源利用效率。


The wireless charging technology of Minth Group has skillfully fused the traditional GA and WB modules through an innovative integrated design, which increases the power density by 50%. This technology eliminates the high-frequency Litz wire, which is prone to heat generation and electromagnetic interference in traditional solutions, greatly improving the safety and stability of the system. In addition, costs have been reduced by 10% and weight has been reduced by 20% through integration solution of VA and battery housing.

The first introduction of liquid-cooled cooling technology not only improves cooling energy efficiency and optimizes noise control, but also supports up to 30kW of wireless charging demand. This system has been reduced by 50% through compact design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance, and improves the maintainability of the overall system.


同时首次引入液冷散热技术,不仅提升了散热能效,优化了噪音控制,还能支持高达30kW的无线充电需求。该系统通过紧凑化设计,体积减小50%,便于安装与维护,提升了整体系统的可维护性。






Wireless charging, as a future-oriented method of replenishing energy for electric vehicles, has garnered attention and investment from major automotive companies, including BMW, Porsche, Volvo, FAW, Geely, SAIC, Great Wall, etc. These companies are actively engaging in R&D and strategic planning. Tesla's newly released Cybercab in October 2024, the NACS interface has been canceled and inductive wireless charging has been adopted. By combining with FSD technology, Tesla will realize the closed loop of “door to door” full-scene intelligent driving. Tesla's statement has since drew broad attention and the development of the automotive wireless charging industry. It’s predicted that China's wireless charging market will reach 38 billion yuan by 2029, with a CAGR of 23%.
