The 2025SMTS Incubator program has now started!

Dear colleagues, after two Incubator program, most are familiar with the name "incubator". In the first two incubation projects, multiple project teams achieved rich results and applied for multiple patents for the company, becoming valuable fruits on the company's continuous innovation path. 

In 2025, SMTS will focus on "innovation for all" as one of its work priorities. In order to provide more colleagues with a stage to showcase their creativity, the third incubation project has been launched. Welcome everyone and your team members to join this incubation project with your creativity~

Are you ready to let the seeds of creativity sprout, and are you ready to work with your team to turn the blueprints and ideas in your mind into real-life products? SMTS provides an innovation and entrepreneurship platform called "SMTS Incubator"! Propose your ideas and dreams, and we will help you achieve them together!

What is SMTS Incubator Program?

    The SMTS Incubator program aims to stimulate the creativity of employees and build a climate of innovation within the company. SMTS Incubator Project is a platform to cultivate new products, new processes, new business models and new services, and a cradle of creativity and innovation.

    We solicit ideas from employees for the SMTS incubator, after ideas selection the incubation projects are approved by the company. With the support and resources provided by the company, the incubation team will realize their ideas and make the incubated products successfully marketed finally. In addition to helping us achieve more new business and sales, we will also offer you the rewards based on the sales of our new products.

Participant：

   All staffs of SMTS and SMTS subsidiaries/branches

Participate in：

1. Put forward ideas and build your project core team

2. Join project core team which you like

3. Submit in personal name

What kinds of ideas are we looking for：

1. Products or technologies that can bring economic benefits

2. Anything supporting SMTS Company vision with focus on “We create with passion the best climate for beautiful mobility life ”

3. New business models (B2B only), products or services, especially digital business models

4. A product or technology that is patentable for a new technology

5. Differentiation from existing products/radical innovation

6. Idea might solve real customer pain

7. Strategic fit to SMTS (e.g. based on existing competences or know-how)

Activity Schedule：

2025/03/03 – 03/21   Employees Creative Submission

2025/04   1st round selection of incubation ideas

2025/06   Final round selection of incubation ideas

2025/07   Incubation project approval and start incubation
